Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our store, guiding patients through eyewear choices with a friendly, human touch.

This part-time role requires at least 12 months optical experience, HS diploma, and maintaining state license requirements where applicable; ABO certification can substitute experience. You will drive daily sales and help customers find eyewear that fits, while staying knowledgeable about products and services and contributing to a positive patient

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• ABO Certification may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear needs and maintain knowledge through ongoing training.
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support sales and customer experience goals, including opening/closing duties in LEAD positions.
