Doral Centre Animal Hospital in Florida is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to be the welcoming first contact for clients and patients. This part-time role offers flexibility and requires excellent client care, multitasking, and familiarity with veterinary software.

You will handle phones, appointments, check-ins/outs, billing, and basic medical record documentation, while supporting doctors and staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of veterinary receptionist or veterinary client service experience
• Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsabilités

• Welcoming clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
• Checking patients in and out and documenting accurately
• Maintaining electronic medical records
• Processing invoices and client payments
• Explaining services, expectations, and discharge instructions
• Assisting with prescription requests and coordination under veterinarian direction
• Communicating with veterinarians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Providing calm support during urgent or sensitive situations
• Keeping front desk and lobby organized and welcoming
