Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center operated by DoorDash, is hiring for Variable Schedule Operations Associate roles. You will pick up shifts through our scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

You’ll undergo onboarding, then begin selecting shifts based on business needs. The role involves picking/packing orders, inventory control, and warehouse organization while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliability, positivity, and teamwork are valued traits.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders as they come through the app.
• Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
