Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center, is hiring for Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associates. You will pick up shifts via the scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

Training includes onboarding shifts and on-the-job training to ensure readiness for fluctuating demand. Your role involves picking/packing orders, stocking inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring customer-approved substitutions for a great shopping

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive and team-oriented candidate.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app; hand off to Dashers.
• Manage inventory and spoilage; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight shoppers.
