Job summary

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash. As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will pick up shifts through our scheduling app, with a minimum of two shifts per month and onboarding training.

You will perform picking/packing, inventory control, and warehouse organization while ensuring substitutions meet customer approval. Night hours include a $2/hour premium, plus benefits like Sick Time and wellness reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and clean-up.
• Delight customers by ensuring appropriate substitutions and accuracy.
