DoorDash's DashMart location is hiring for a Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick up shifts via the scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks for four hours.

Onboarding and training consist of one shift, followed by a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days, then you may select shifts based on business needs. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure customer substitutions are approved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Pick and pack orders through the app.
• Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
