Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local fulfillment center, is hiring for Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associates. You will pick up shifts via our scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

Onboarding includes one shift and a four-hour on-the-job training within 14 days. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, inventory and spoilage management, warehouse organization, and ensuring substitutions meet customer approval.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliable, positive, team-oriented.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app, pack orders, and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization: clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
