Job summary

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center operated by DoorDash. As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will pick up open shifts through our scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

You will start with onboarding and training, then select shifts based on business needs. Reliability and communication are key as you help fulfill orders and keep the warehouse organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing orders.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management.
• Warehouse Organization.
• Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
