Seneca Savings Bank N.A. is seeking a Universal Banker for part-time hours (up to 25 per week) in the Bridgeport area. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers to the best banking solutions.

You’ll promote digital tools and assist in opening new accounts. This role emphasizes teamwork, product referrals, and meeting sales goals, with flexibility for rotating schedules and occasional after-hours

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are essential.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays and occasional after-hours meetings.
• Willingness to travel between office locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Process retail and commercial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and guiding them to services.
• Encourage use of self-service channels and assist with digital banking tools.
• Open new personal and business accounts accurately.
• Handle account servicing and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Develop relationships through product recommendations and referrals.
• Meet personal sales and referral goals and participate in branch sales promotions.
