Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Rotating schedule including Saturdays.
• Occasional after-hours meetings as needed.
• Willingness to travel between branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of retail and commercial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and guiding them to the appropriate services.
• Encourage use of self-service channels and assist with digital banking tools.
• Open new personal and business accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
• Take ownership of account servicing and resolve issues promptly.
• Recognize customer needs and make product recommendations and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify financial goals and solutions.
• Meet personal sales and referral goals by developing relationships.
• Make outbound calls and participate in branch sales promotions.
