Seneca Savings Bank, N.A. is seeking a part-time Universal Banker to provide a seamless, personalized banking experience at our Bridgeport branch.

The role combines customer service, sales, and transaction processing while supporting our mission of financial wellness and exceptional service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and referrals, with a focus on building relationships and guiding customers to digital channels for self-service, all within a supportive team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to rotate Saturdays and travel between offices.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process retail and commercial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and guide customers to the right services.
• Encourage use of self-service channels and digital banking tools.
• Open new personal and business accounts with accuracy.
• Meet personal sales and referral goals by developing relationships.
• Balance daily work and follow operational procedures.
