Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is hiring a Part Time Universal Banker in the United States. The role offers an hourly base salary of $22.00/hour to $26.00/hour with additional incentive pay for performance.

The Universal Banker will deliver a distinctive client experience, educate customers on digital self-service tools, and support the sales process through client outreach and needs assessment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies and stay compliant.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
