Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and perform a range of banking transactions. You will educate clients on digital self-service options and support sales outreach to identify opportunities within the branch network.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours. Incentive pay may supplement hourly wages while providing flexible staffing coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years teller or cash-handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and execute complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, online/mobile banking).
• Assist in client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issues, offering relevant products.
