Truist in Florida seeks a frontline banking professional to deliver an exceptional client experience through courteous transactions and relationship building. You will guide customers on digital banking tools, assist with new accounts, and support the branch sales process.

The role requires solid interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency in basic computer applications. Regular hours, with some flexibility for shifts and travel between nearby branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and use basic computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience and facilitate courteous transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
