Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker in Winchester, VA, to deliver accurate client transactions and superior service. You will engage clients, educate them on digital banking, and support outbound sales while aligning with IRM principles.

The role requires weekend availability, basic PC skills, and a customer-service mindset. The position offers additional incentive pay and comprehensive benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and advising on needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to improve their service experience.
• Support sales by outbound calls and referring clients to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
