Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience desired.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to tailor Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
