Responsibilities

• Exercises independent judgment and management authority over hiring, assignment, evaluation, discipline, and termination of labor personnel.
• Directs and assigns work of foremen and supervisory staff based on operational requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of CBAs and enforces them in daily operations.
• Investigates incidents and escalates issues to senior management as appropriate.
• Determines workforce composition and equipment needs to execute plans.
• Monitors productivity and implements corrective actions.
• Plans daily safety meetings with HSE personnel and ensures PPE compliance.
