Carrix, Inc./SSA Marine, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Operations Labor Manager to direct and coordinate union labor, equipment, and resources with emphasis on safety and cost-efficiency.

You will exercise independent judgment over labor personnel, supervise foremen and staff, ensure compliance with bargaining agreements, and represent management in labor relations, safety, and operations. Competenze

• 3 years managing union labor in a comparable environment.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain TWIC card.
• Current CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Direct hiring, assignment, evaluation, discipline, and termination of labor personnel per policy and bargaining agreements.
• Direct work of foremen and supervisory staff based on operational needs.
• Enforce bargaining agreements and ensure consistent interpretation in day-to-day operations.
• Investigate incidents, safety violations, and labor complaints; report findings to management.
• Determine workforce and equipment needs to execute plans safely and within budget.
• Plan and coordinate labor/equipment deployment; adjust as conditions change.
• Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions; verify readiness of equipment and gear.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance; lead daily safety meetings with HSE.
• Coordinate with vessel personnel, customers, and terminal staff; submit required reports.
