Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will deliver security through vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment with strong customer service.

The role includes driving patrols at an automotive manufacturing location, flexible schedule, and opportunities to join a team that values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at an automotive manufacturing and business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, unusual conditions, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
