Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You’ll patrol, deter incidents, and maintain a visible, welcoming presence while delivering excellent customer service.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, shoppers, and employees. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and shoppers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, patrols, and daily activities through clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
