Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, invites you to join our Greendale, WI team as a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driving. You will drive to sites, monitor areas, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

Position type: Full Time. Pay rate: $18.21 per hour. Must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history. Schedule includes evenings and weekends, with daily shifts listed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to site management.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports with a professional presence.
