Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Background check will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen will be conducted to the extent permitted by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a tech-focused location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and logs for Allied Universal leadership.
