Allied Universal in Philadelphia is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer to monitor access, patrol property, and provide professional customer service. You will work with tenants, visitors, and staff to deter incidents and report daily activity clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles (where applicable).
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and professionally, with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property to deter incidents and identify concerns.
• Monitor building activity and report hazards or policy violations to site contacts.
