Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of technology-related facilities, offices, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns or incidents to supervision.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per site procedures.
