Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, perimeters, parking areas, access points, and other locations.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries and incidents.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate clearly with site contacts.
