Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology location by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security systems; document observations and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in a technology-focused workplace.
