Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Whitsett, NC to monitor and secure a technology-focused location. You will provide professional customer service, manage access points, observe and report incidents, and perform routine patrols to deter unauthorized activity while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and authorized entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
