Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, facility entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, problem-solving methods and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities in reports and logs.
