Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Unarmed Spanish-speaking Security Officer in Miami, FL. You will patrol a government museum location, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, vendors, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a public museum location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, entrances, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional information, and report unauthorized access or policy violations according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
