Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and staff per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, perimeters, parking, and grounds.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations per site procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor interactions, including directions and questions.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and communicate with supervision.
