Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, yards, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security activities in required logs.
