You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and maintain clear communications with site leadership. Fluency in Spanish plus a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, vendors, and the public while following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of galleries, entrances, exterior areas, parking, and perimeter spaces.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions, reporting unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events; notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate daily activities to Allied Universal leadership and site reps.
