Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients while enforcing site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and common areas.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns following emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points and document incidents and maintenance concerns in reports.
• Communicate professionally with property personnel, responders, and leadership.
