Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Site Patrol in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This part-time role focuses on protecting residents, visitors, and property while delivering excellent customer service.

You will monitor access, perform patrols, and respond to incidents with professionalism. A background check and drug screen are required, with a driver’s license needed for driving positions. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and urgent situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and incidents per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of residential community grounds, building exteriors, common areas, and parking areas to identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors and contractors per site policies.
• Maintain clear communication with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
