Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Background histories considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas and report hazards.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and maintain visitor records per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following escalation protocols.
• Document daily activities and incidents in clear reports for site contacts.
