Qualifications

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner; document observations and incidents according to site procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols across community grounds and common areas to identify unusual activity or concerns.
Monitor access points, observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, and direct visitors and contractors per site policies.
Maintain clear communication with site contacts, emergency responders, and leadership about security activities.
