Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, amenities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
Monitor access to the community in accordance with site-specific procedures, verify visitor and vendor authorization as required, and maintain accurate activity records.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in clear, timely reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
