Job summary

Allied Universal in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol to provide reliable security services at an assigned site, with flexible hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

The role offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, a fixed anchor shift schedule from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, and pathways to grow toward a full-time schedule while maintaining income stability.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the community grounds, amenities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the community and verify visitor and vendor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in reports and communicate with leadership.
