Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Experienced Unarmed Security Officer in Milwaukee, WI to protect clients in Retail/Malls and other sites. You will patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and provide courteous service while upholding Allied Universal’s values of agility and integrity.

The role requires 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience; applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and pass background checks, drug screening, and licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity with a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner following procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site management.
