Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor and contractor entry processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications with a professional presence.
