Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and maintaining awareness of changing conditions throughout the location.
