Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production, storage, loading, office, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by reporting hazards, operational concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site personnel.
