Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants and visitors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report issues to site contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and shift communications with a professional presence.
