Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
Guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location including sales areas and parking areas.
Observe and report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns to site personnel.
Assist with access control and incident documentation per site requirements.
