Qualifications

• State, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology location while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report concerns to supervisors.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate updates to leadership.
