Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, offices, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor/delivery authorization.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, reporting observations to leadership.
• Complete required activity and incident reports and shift documentation.
