Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at the site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities and access points.
• Monitor access to designated areas and verify credentials as directed.
• Complete reports and communicate information to supervision and site representatives.
