Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution, following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns or policy violations.
• Document patrols and incidents in accordance with site procedures and reporting requirements.
