Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Field Patrol in Coppell, TX. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings while maintaining a part-time schedule.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour. The position requires at least one year of security-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document entries and incidents accurately.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized access and greet clients and personnel.
