The role emphasizes customer service, incident response, regular patrols, access control, and meticulous reporting while adhering to site procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production, storage, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and concerns.
